Our Services

Get the best performance for your dollar, available for pickup today. We use our expertise to source a strategic mix of new and certified pre-owned components to build high-performance machines at a price you can't find in big box stores.
Every Value-Optimized build is fully stress-tested and comes with our 30-day Steel City Warranty.
2. Full Custom Builds
Our 100% Transparent 4-Step Process
Our process is designed to be simple, transparent, and 100% zero-risk for both of us. We are not a bank; we are your expert builder. This is how we provide our service at the best possible price.
Step 1: The Design & Quote
It starts with a free consultation. We'll discuss your budget, your goals, and the games or programs you run. We then create a detailed, itemized quote for every single part. You see the exact cost of the hardware, with zero markup.
Step 2: The Hardware Deposit (100%)
To begin the build, we require a non-refundable deposit for 100% of the hardware cost from Step 1.
This is not our fee; this is you purchasing your components. This transparent model is how we offer expert service while saving you money—you're not paying a massive retail markup. It protects our small business's cash flow and ensures the parts are 100% yours from day one.
Step 3: The Build & Burn-In
This is where we earn our fee. We professionally assemble your PC with meticulous cable management. We install all software, update drivers, and perform a stress test (Time Spy) to guarantee your machine is 100% stable, cool, and quiet right out of the box. We don't ship a PC; we deliver a finished product.
Step 4: The Handoff & Final Payment
Your build is complete. We'll schedule a pickup at our safe, public "SafeTrade" location. We'll boot it up, show you the benchmarks, and answer any questions. Your final, flat-rate build fee is the only thing due upon pickup.
Our $200 Flat-Fee Promise
No hidden costs, no percentages, no surprises. We believe in simple, transparent pricing. We charge a single, flat $200 fee for our professional, hand-built service. This includes standard assembly, meticulous cable management, all software installation, and our stress test. This fee is for our labor, time, and expertise. It's the same whether your parts cost $500 or $5,000.
A Note on Complex Builds: Some projects require significantly more time and care. For these highly complex, time-intensive builds, we have a one-time add-on. Premium/SFF Build Add-On: +$100. This applies only to builds with Small Form Factor (SFF) cases or advanced AIO liquid cooling (240mm/360mm). These projects require an extra 2-3 hours of expert, specialized labor, and this small add-on allows us to dedicate the time your premium build deserves. You will be notified if your specific build will require the extra Add-On, no last second surprises.
